Can't I just take the photos myself?

You can, but most people:

Do you store my photos? For how long?

Yes. Your images are securely stored for 90 days, giving you time to download, save, or share them. After 90 days, the images are deleted for privacy and security.

When do I pay?

All ProveTrueLA appointments must be secured in advance. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session. Appointments are not held without payment.This policy ensures dedicated time is reserved for your documentation and allows us to maintain a reliable and timely service for all clients.

How long does a session take?

The length of each documentation session depends on the size of the property and number of bedrooms. Each session includes thorough, time-stamped photo documentation of all primary areas.Estimated timing:Studio / 1 Bedroom: approximately 30–45 minutes
2 Bedrooms: approximately 45–60 minutes
3 Bedrooms: approximately 60–75 minutes
4 Bedrooms: approximately 75–90 minutes
5+ Bedrooms: approximately 90–120+ minutes
Additional spaces such as garages, patios, storage units, or extensive exterior areas may require additional time.All timeframes are estimates and may vary slightly depending on the size of the home, level of detail required, and accessibility of the space.

Do you offer urgent or last-minute appointments?

Yes. If you need documentation urgently, you can book a session, and we will be there as soon as possible.

Are my photos kept private?

Absolutely. Your documentation is confidential and never shared with anyone unless you choose to share it.

Can I Cancel or Reschedule?

Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice at no additional cost.Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice may be eligible for a credit toward a future appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, or failure to be present at the time of service, will result in forfeiture of payment.

Arrival & Access

Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the property at the scheduled time. If access is not available upon arrival, the appointment will be considered a no-show and payment will not be refunded.

Photo Delivery

All documentation is delivered after the session is completed and payment has been received in full. Files are typically delivered within 24 hours, unless otherwise specified.

Scope of Service

ProveTrueLA provides visual documentation services only. We do not provide inspections, evaluations, or professional opinions regarding property condition, safety, or functionality. Our documentation may support your personal records, but we are not an insurance company, contractor, or legal authority.
